We help authors, professional narrators, voice actors, publishers, businesses, educators, and content creators capture clean, polished voice recordings in a quiet, professionally engineered environment. For audiobook clients, we prepare professionally organized audio files that are ready for your chosen publishing or distribution platform. While we don't provide publishing or distribution services, we ensure your audio is professionally prepared for the next step.

The Production Consultation is $100. This fee is non-refundable but may be rescheduled if needed. If you move forward with a qualifying recording or production project, your full consultation fee will be credited toward your project.

Our engineer has over 20 years of vocal production experience and formal recording education. We don't just push the record button; we provide a warm, supportive environment, assist with reading ergonomics, guide your pacing, and ensure you remain comfortable throughout long recording sessions.

No, we do not provide publishing, marketing, or distribution services. However, we take care of the most difficult part of the process: ensuring your audio files are perfectly prepared, formatted, and technically compliant for whichever publishing platform or distributor you choose (such as ACX, Findaway Voices, or an internal corporate LMS). We hand over a polished, organized, retail-ready final master.
The Studio Call is a dedicated 15-to-30-minute consultation where we deep-dive into your specific project. We will discuss your manuscript, approximate word count, narration plans, timeline, and exact production needs.
The $50 investment ensures that we dedicate focused, one-on-one time to mapping out your project's technical framework. While this fee is non-refundable, the full $50 will be credited directly toward your recording project if you choose to book your session with Stories Recorded.

Yes, we offer specialized support for Pickups, Revisions, and Replacement Audio. Because we carefully log our technical engineering templates, microphone distances, and preamp settings, we can bring you or your narrator back into the studio weeks later and record replacement lines that blend completely seamlessly into an existing project.
